The cost of making Lasting Powers of Attorney will depend on the complexities required. Once we have details of your requirements we will be able to provide an accurate quote.
On average to prepare one type of LPA will cost £400 plus VAT and to prepare both types will cost £600 plus VAT. If a couple wish to make both types of LPA then the costs will be £800 plus VAT for all four documents.
In addition, the Office of the Public Guardian charge a fee of £82.00 to register each LPA. The LPA’s cannot be used until they have been registered.
In order to comply with the Money Laundering Provisions, a charge of £30 plus VAT is made to verify the identity of each client.
