Claire Dawson-Pick


Claire has worked as a Solicitor since qualifying as a solicitor in 1986. She undertakes commercial cases, property disputes, negligence claims and contentious probate and trust work.

Recent judgments include Rosesilver Group Corp v Ian Paton [2015] EWHC 1758 (Ch), A L Challis v British Gas Trading Ltd [2015] EWHC 141 (Comm) and Paton v Rosesilver Group Corp CA 24 March 2017 [2017] EWCA Civ 158.

Claire undertakes a large number of mediations in London.

Claire is able to assist clients in the enforcement of awards such as those made against solicitors who have been found to have provided a poor or below standard of service to their clients by the Legal Ombudsman and awards made in other Tribunals.

Claire researches and writes her own lecture materials.

She is a qualified practitioner in NLP.

She enjoys music, film, travel and speaks French and German.
